Which rubber material is best for your printing job will depend on the type of ink applied. Haichang can manufacture graphic arts rollers to print conventional ink, UV ink, and hybrid ink.

Conventional ink is made of evaporative solvents, pigments, and binders. It needs heat to dry. It is most often used with NBR Printing Rubber Roller.

UV ink comprises pigments, binders, and a photo initiator and must be exposed to light to cure. It is commonly applied with graphic arts rollers made from EPDM rubber.

Hybrid ink, as implied by the name, is a hybrid made from multiple inks to produce various effects and characteristics. Many hybrid ink blends are available to produce different effects.
